Nigeria
• 8 bilateral contracts exchange season 2010/11 • 5 switched to unilateral without informing NEOs • Students had to pay unilateral fee (300 Euro) on arrival • Violation Bylaws 8.1.3 , 8.1.11, 8.1.13 • Very limited contact, no co-operation
Recommendation: Suspend Nigeria from the SCOPE (valid until MM 2013)

• August: Exchange started 1 week later, not enough beds for all 13 incomings, no food provided in first week
• Similar report 1 student October • Start investigation with RA Europe • Follow up 3 incomings February: shared room, clerkship delay, no food in first
days • NEO, contact persons very helpful • Good contact with NEO, good co-operation
Recommendation: Very close supervision of exchange program by RA Europe and SCOPE- D. All incoming students will be personally contacted.
