Scope of work for Pilot Scale Testing:

Following studies to be conducted:

1. Ore Characterisation

Physical: Bulk density, Sp. Gravity, Angle of Repose, Sieve analysis etc.

Chemical: Size wise chemical analysis for Fe, SiO2, Al2O3, LOI of the as received samples,Concentrate and Tailing.

Mineralogical: Liberation study

2. Beneficiation test in pilot scale as per the enclosed Flowsheet (without optimized tailing).3. Determination of optimum process parameters such as water balance, Mass balance,

operating parameters of the equipment used, product quality, Rejects quality, Yield etc.4. Settling test for concentrate and Tailing with and without flocculent.

5. Vacuum & Pressure Filtration test of concentrate.6. Pressure Filtration test of Tailing.7. Optimisation of tailing to achieve quality below 45% Fe(Like Rougher and cleaner WHIMS

combination or scavenger, rougher and cleaner combination or alter native combinationwith any gravity separation equipment)
