The Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Course (C.B.T.) with Rita Stanfordhas been a very informative, interesting and engaging experience. There issomething for everyone in this course. Rita is an excellent tutor and thecourse has helped me to think about things in a different way and to see sit-uations from a different perspective. Using the skills of C.B.T. hasimproved my life on a daily basis and has also helped me to have more rest-ful sleep at night. I look forward to returning in the Autumn Term to learnmore about C.B.T.
