Hybrid solutions: repowering
• Decarbonization will be a must for any industrialized region of the world. The Power Generation fleet will have to accommodate such circumstances.
• Electrical Heaters is a clean and flexible solution but need to be properly developed before a massive commercial deployment. This validation will take place during this SolarsCO2OL project.
• The repowering of traditional fossil fuel plants will allow to maintain fossil fuel related employs drastically reducing their environmental impact.
