socio-cultural experiences we bring to any given situation. This combo in each of us creates our own unique perspective • Yet, how much of our behavior is hardwired and how much is
learned/acquired

• Based on the number you were assigned, you are to read as specific article from Scientific American. • It is each persons responsibility to read the article and summarize the
information. • Leading questions• What is the premise of articles? What aspects of human behavior does the
article explain?• What is the scientific data that explains the differences between males and
females?• What previously held assumptions of male and female development did the
article dispel? Both biological and psychological
