it is great!! i love how we are a whole family. We support each other; we all have a nice relationship. We are an example that age doesn’t matter to have a great communication.

5) What do you like the most about this sport?

i like the fact it is individual. i love that for this sport you need a lot of things and you learn to be a better student, bet-ter son and better person in the world. people think that because you throw you only throw you don’t do anything at all… but we do some many things. We run, we

do weights, we jump, we throw, we think. To throw hammer you need to be fast, strong, balance and some other things. it´s a very complete sport.

6) is it in your plans to make it to professional, if yes, when are you plan-ning to retire?

i don’t really know. i love throwing, but only time will know if this could stay in my life. Maybe i will get better, maybe not. i will keep practicing until i´m 22, be-cause that´s the limit age for the Nation Olympics.

7) Do you have any advantage in the other competitors?

No, we all have two legs, two arms, we all have the same chances. The only difference between all of us is the ambi-tion we have and the time we put on each training, you decide what to do, you only have to trust yourself and do it with passion.

8) are there any kind of sponsors that support your sport? Do they sponsor you?

Mmm only if you are part of the Mexican selection. For example one of my friends has represent Mexico for years and he has sponsors like Gatorade Mexico. No they don’t sponsor me, i hope someday.

Music has many reasons to exist, there are some people that just hear it, there are those who dance feel-ing the music, there are others that feel completely identified with the music, and there are those who create it, to express themselves. in music we can find different genres, this because as time passes we have developed various tastes in music, but, does anyone have a perfect taste?

From a long time, we use the music to express ourselves; the oldest song known is about 1,400 B.C. But if we want something that is still heard, we can look for some classic music, for example Beethoven or Mozart. another Genre really old is the opera, it is said that every lover of music soon or late will love opera; i recommend pagliacci (clown), it has a funny name, but it’s really deep and sad.

Some people don’t like the classic music, or the opera, but they like pop music. i consider the pop music simple, with no message, is there just because it is easy to commercialize. For example i like classic rock and hard rock, and others said that it’s hard to understand and they have heard better things. i think everything depends in what we hear when we are young. When my mom was pregnant with me, she made me hear classic music, and when i was 9 years old i already liked queen, this because my dad hear it a lot.

another thing that can make our taste vary is our mood, example, when you’re sad, and you just want to be alone, we usually hear something that makes us feel better, because that’s what we want at that moment, we want something that gives us hope, for example “amazing”, from aerosmith, it talks about a mistake that you made, of being desperate, but it brings some hope, that everything can change. also when we are in love we can understand those songs that don’t have any sense, for example “The scientist”, from Coldplay, all my single friends had tell me they don’t found any sense on this song, maybe one or two, but some other that have a mate, they say it’s a great song.

There are many different tastes of music, but someone who really appreciate music, listen to every genre, and knows to identify good music. personally, i like rock, but sometimes i also hear some Dub step, pop, grunge, etc.Everything depends on the song, not on the genre.

Gaining weight isn’t something easy to do, it requires discipline and patience.You need to do a good diet and the best training, these tips will help you to gain, and if you put in training you will win a lot of mass. This won’t be easy so you need to remember, NO paiN, NO GaiN!

1st tip: Eat, Eat, Eat! You need to eat a lot, but not chips or candies, you need to eat a lot of protein, carbohydrates and calories. What you eat is the most important ingredient in a successful weight gain program.

2nd tip: More weight, each week.When you are in gym you need to increase your weight like 5-10 pounds at the final of each series, because the fibers of muscles break it when you increase, and next time you are going to lift more weight.

3rd tip: Set a realistic goal weight.Set a realistic goal will motive you to do it per week. if you put it a goal around 1kg per 2-3 weeks it would be a good goal

4th tip: Get drinking! (Water only)Drink a lot of water per day would provide you an extra gain, because if you were dehydrated that can lead many health problems and in consequence, less energy in the gym.

a really interesting movie is “Limitless”, this movie is a about a drug, a drug that allow to use the one hundred percent capacity of the brain to the one who uses it. imagine, if a normal person, use only three per-cent, how much can someone do with one hundred percent.

The main character is a writer, but he has been without writing some-thing in too much time, but only with one pill of this drug, he is avail-able to write a complete book in one night. This character loved what this dug did to him, so he tries to get more, and he gets it. But what is interesting is what he does with this new drug, and what the drug does to him. To use al his capacity is really exhausting, so he starts to be unconscious and to do some rare things.

also there are bad people who want this drug, so everything becomes really interesting.The acting in this movie is good, the story is pretty original. My grade to this movie is 8, i really enjoy watching it, but it could have been bet-ter.

Well, i started to talk about when i went to the national in pachuca, Hidalgo. That was the best experience that i’ve ever had. i was 15 years old when i was called to be required in a municipal visors. in that game i played very well and i was se-lected to play in state game in Tijuana city, so i prepared for a month to be at 100% of capacity in my visors. i trained 2 times per day and i was trained by my coach Moises E. Garcia. He focused in the debilities of my body and he teaches me more abilities to increase my soccer skills.

During all these time. i worked so hard, and it was in april 24th, 2010, when i went to Tijuana. i was working too hard for that moment so when the game started i put in practice all my skills that i was acquired. in the first time of the game i scored one goal and everything was going good. Never the less, when the second time started i caught an allergy, so i was sneezing too much times, so i was told to leave the game. in that moment i thought that all my effort was for nothing… When the game finished, i say thanks to all the coaches and i left to the pharmacy for medicine, then i went to Mexicali one more time.

The time was passed and was in august 13th, 2011 when the best notice ever in my life appeared. i was called to be in pachuca, Hidalgo 2 weeks for victories in only one week. in that moment i started preparing and when the date came i flew to pachuca, Hidalgo.

in pachuca, i and others 32 players of the republic were hosted in a club house. For all those 2 weeks i was playing excellent and all was sounds to be a new player on pachuca’s team. However, after those 2 weeks finally finished, the coaches told me that i would called later. i felt good and when i arrived to Mexicali i was only wait-ing the call.

The call was made, but not for pachuca team, was made for Xolos team. My father at-tended the call and he took away the opportunity, because i was too young and Xolos club didn’t offer me studies.

Finally i stayed in Mexicali and i am waiting for opportunities. For that one call that change my life again and forever.

T.v. is another obesity builders, because is like one of the worst addictions in the world who consume you by the years and make you waste value time, it is good to watch it but only a few minutes or an hour or more than an hour when it is a movie or any documental. if you watch a lot of T.v. you must consider left the T.v. life and star making your own without any waste time.

Even when people play a sport or make exercise they do not have a healthy life because of his diet, i need to em-phasize in women they are always complaining in their weight, but they do not do anything for them eating, burg-ers, pizza, hot dogs, and a lot of junk food, i can promise them that even if they leave the gym and follows a good diet they will be in a good shape. The only people who has a disease play a sport this means that they do not have any limit they do what they really want and they are in good shape and have a healthy life.

Why do i have decided to take this topic for my essay? Easy, because obesity its ruining people’s life. Not only the adults but the Child´s to, fathers nowadays don’t realize that junk food it’s the number one cause of obesity. also parents are not taking the blame for their child’s obesity and exercise problems.

We all know that both healthy food and junk food are delicious. But you have to realize that eating healthy food helps in so many ways, while junk food provokes you so many diseases or obesity that is an excess proportion of total body fat. a person is consid-ered obese when his or her weight is 20% or more above normal weight.

This problem start since we start eating because our parents teach us how to eat, but not in the correct way they make us think junk food is a reward for having a good at-titude in the week, is a terrible mistake, instead of make us know is very bad for our health, they make them sound like something delicious and good for our health this is why, throughout all the years this type of custom has transfer from generation to generation and this most stop.

Fast food for so many people is more convenient than healthy food cause many peo-ple works for so many hours, for that reason they do not have time to find ingredients or prepare good food, so fast food is good alternative because fast food is quicker to prepare or purchase than healthy food. Every day in Mexico is consuming a large num-ber of pounds in fast food; this is the reason of why Mexico is one of the countries with more obesity in the world. This problem brings with it a lot of consequences such as diabetes, hypertension or even death. We can prevent this problems practicing a sport or doing 30 minutes of daily exercise, such as having a good diet this will help you have a beautiful figure that everyone would envy.

Knowing the importance of this can help you in life so to get a job or be someone organized.

The clock today, it is also a fashion, so if people see that a man has a clock, the image appears to be an important person and organized.also the non-digital watches, are usually taken as very fine machinery, that use your class is recognized.

These watches are very complicated to do because they are handmade therefore are also very expensive.

There once was a boy who was a very poor family that had just the necessities of life, lived with his brothers and sisters, and it was rare that they could not leave his house, because his father was very bad, he just wanted their children to go to school and study, so the family of the boy named ronnie was not pretty, as the other chil-dren, so the child was always sad, had no toys, no own room, all i had, i had to share. it appears that there was no point living.

But one day i was leaving ronnie school, passing through a park before coming home, and watched children his age flying kites, since then his obsession with flying start one, so i plucked up the courage to ask his parents that if he could buy one, to blow, to what your father reacted angrily saying the only toys that would deviate from his studies, he was so hard on ronnie that began to mourn, but then ap-proached him his mother and told her that one day she would fly a kite.

So a year later, she surprised him coming to school with a red kite, he was very happy that at least he would be able to fly a comment, and that was that was the happiest day of his childhood and his life .

after many years, ronnie and being a parent, step through the same park where recalled that beautiful moment with his mother, was so nice, i decided to buy one for her daughter and go with her to the park and fly one with it, and look at the sky remembering his mother, as he told his daughter that he would always be there for her and support her in everything.

a story of last minute, a Dutch organization nonprofit, is launching a project, which involves sending four vol-unteers to go down in history, being the first settlers of Mars, this trip is planned for the year 2023, and only the trip alone is a trip. This will be known as the first colony on Mars.

Entrance requirements of volunteers, is to record a one minute video telling you because they want to go to Mars, the cost of sending this video will be 24 dollars, the search begins in July this year.
