conspiracy to deny inmatesmedical care, specifically

economic motivations. As aresult, Mr. Williams suffered a
resurgence of hepatitis-C
following the prematuretermination of his treatment,
and an inguinal hernia in hislower abdomen wall grew from
2-3 inches to 11-12 inches, also
as result of deliberate neglect.

The following day Mr.Matthews was removed from
the hard cell he had been in and

Felder testified in two swornaffidavit that he witnessed
Matthews have his armslammed in the slot seven times
by C/O Ramey. According tothese affidavits, C/O Ramey
