ValvesThe performance of a compressor is influenced by the quality of itsvalves. All TM.C. “SCI” compressors are fitted with valves specificallydesigned to ensure economical operation and high reliability.

Oil separatorIn the “SCI”, series the oil separation occurs intwo stages: the first stage of mechanical oilseparation takes place inside the compressor,the finer second stage occurs in coalescenceoil removing elements. Micro-fibres separatethe oil drops from compressed air. The separatedoil, in big drops, is sent back to the compressorlubricating circuit.

Air filterThe quality of the filters used in the Integrated series “SCI” ensuresthe performance and increases the reliability of the compressor unit.

Shaft sealA double rim ring in Viton with metallic frameworkto resist to pressure forms the shaft lubricatedseal. The bushing, keyed on the shaft has a specialmachining with an our exclusive technology togrant a perfect sealing and an exceptional life.

PaintingAll TM.C. screw compressors have a modern, environmentallyfriendly, protective paint.The surface finish protects thec a s t i n g s e f f e c t i v e l y a g a i n s t c o r r o s i o n e v e nafter many years of operation.

BearingsBecause of rotational speeds and bearing loads TM.C. screwcompressors are equipped with, top quality bearings that provide ahigh bearing capacity and assure long bearing life.

CasingModern numerical control machining centers, constantly monitored bymeans of continuos testing technical specialization and continualmodernization with the most technically up-to-date machinery, is appliedin all machining work in order to guarantee the obligationwe assume towards the Certified Quality of our compressors.

RotorsThe heart of every screw compressor is the air end. The multistageautomatic screw manufacturing process, operated with latest CNCmachines and the use of top grade materials assure the closesttolerances as well as greater reliability. A final grinding process, coupledwith computer operated multistep rotor control guarantees 100%accuracy of each rotor profile.
