• Administrative course enquiries please go to the Postgraduate Administration Office (Moore Building Room 11).
– Opening Hours:
• Monday to Friday 10:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00 – These times may be subject to change outside of term time, around the
time of Exam Boards and during the exam term. Advanced notice will be given of any change both on the PG Info Vault and via email.
• Outside of office hours please email the relevant administrator with any query
Things to remember
• Postgraduate Information Vault http://golive.rhul.ac.uk/management/informationforcurrentstudents/postgraduate/home.aspx
– The Vault is used for programme information such as timetables, student handbooks, supervisor allocations etc
– Check the Vault first before calling or emailing the office with a query, the answer may well be there already
– Check daily for important updates and announcements• Moodle http://moodle.rhul.ac.uk/
– You can use Moodle to download course materials– Look on Moodle a few days before starting any course to
download any study materials you need to your data stick.– Check a couple of times a week to look for notices and any new
materials
