In progress Think Paper initiated by Teacher, Custodian, Principal, sent home with students on the day of an incident, when progressive discipline issues arise; to be completed by student; signed off by parents, and returned to school the next day embeds links between student behaviours, Code of Conduct, collaborative response of parents and greater community, reinforces accountability for actions, transparency of articulation of Progressive Discipline policy. Logs incidents in keeping with Bill 157 and Equity, Inclusivity education policy.
