The IG3 Math Software takes a totally different approach to traditional educational software. The traditional approach assesses & “teaches” students using static true/false or multiple “guess” questions, which does not accurately assess the extent to which a student really understands a concept. This approach does not evaluate at what stage in the educational process a student may not have understood how to fully comprehend and analyse a given question and the underlying concepts, as the answer could have merely been memorized or the student could have taken a good guess. Generally these educational software tests a selected grade level and tells the students that he or she is deficient in a subject at the selected grade level. There is no ability to determine at what level the students missed the correct way to solve a problem nor do these programs take the student back to the level of understanding and then build them up to the selected grade level.The IG3 Math Solution offers a personalised learning plan where the student is evaluated in Math, English or Grammar but more importantly by not less than 50 sub topics in each of the above broad categories. The program generates an unlimited number of random questions to test the student’s basic understanding of each of those subtopics. When a student does not answer a series of questions for each sub topic the program then evaluates and tests whether a student best learns using one of the following different types of learning styles.
