    Goal 1: Establish and nurture positive and productive relationships with thefaculty and staff of the Youngsville Elementary School family that may serve asthe launching pad for a year of observations, evaluations, curricular support, andcrucial conversations.

    Objective A: Develop a constructive relationship with all certified teachers. Actions for Accomplishing Objectives Timeline Completed ImpactSend introductory letter to all faculty and staffmembers.

    July 16 yes My letter gave the staff apersonal and professionalview of me. It showed themthat I was an ally. Mymentor principal andassistant principal, bothcommented that is waseloquently written and

    aligned with the schoolmission and vision.

    Meet with each faculty member yes The staff viewed me assomeone who really caresbecause I made time tospeak with themindividually. They are veryfriendly with me.

    Attend grade level meetings for each gradelevel and offer support at least one per month

    On going yes I demonstrated my role asan instructional leader- bylistening, addressingconcerns when needed. Iwas able to providesupport because teacherssaid they valued myopinions since I have notbeen out of the classroomthat long.
