Enter data using the form available on the CBTS website For method 1: The SMS transmission from the sanitarian is sent to the SMS gateway server at the Ministry of Health SMS transmissions entering the server will be verified by the system by cross- checking with historical data. If the system detects an error/query, it will send an SMS transmission to the sanitarian for clarification. Otherwise the data will be sent to the web server. For method 2: District monitoring staff log in to the district control panel via the CBTS website, and click on the data entry menu The system will recognise the village/ward data, which is linked by area to the data sender (sanitarian/primary health centre staff/district health officer) as the person responsible for monitoring. Data that are stored in the server database via the website and SMS transmission will be synchronised in the two main databases: baseline data and progress data Progress Report (Access + ODF)
