Monday 15th September I created my blog Completed 4 slides of my PowerPoint I created my audience profile I need to construct my survey monkey

I completed my survey monkey survey I finished section 2 of my log book I created my audience profile document. I made a mind map of all my music magazine name ideas

Monday 22nd September I completed my preliminary task planning mind map I started making my preliminary task front cover I finished my questionnaire I finished my inspiration/mood board I created a draft of my preliminary front cover

Monday 29th September I have finished my preliminary front cover draft I added my strapline on my preliminary front cover I created my masthead on my preliminary front cover I added my social media logos on my preliminary front cover I added the barcode on my preliminary front cover

Monday 6th October I have completed my preliminary front cover I added a competition on my preliminary front cover I wrote up my survey monkey results

Monday 13th October I have completed my hand drawn draft for my prelim contents page

I have drawn the ruler lines to plan out my contents page on photo shop

I have added a header on my contents page I have added the title on my preliminary contents page I have written my editorial

I have added the page number I have added the web address. I have added the page numbers and their contents

Monday 20th October I have added sublines I added my editorial and images I have added previews of some of the pages

Half Term

Monday 3rd November I have done a hand drawn draft for my main task front cover I have completed a hand drawn draft for my main task

I inserted the social media links I inserted the masthead on my preliminary contents page The strapline was inserted on my preliminary contents page

Monday 1st December I added the main headline on my preliminary contents page I need to retake my main image as the lighting was off I’ve added brand identity to my front cover by slightly

altering the colour scheme

I’ve added a smaller version of the masthead above the barcode on my preliminary contents page

Monday 8th December I laid out the basic design using the ruler tool for my main task front cover

I then inserted the background After taking the images I began to look through them and

pick out the best ones I then started editing the chosen photo and began editing

using the masking tool I then inserted the edited images and began inserted my

masthead.Monday 15th December Then placed my strapline above the masthead

I then placed in all my cover lines around my main images I then resized my main image so it took up more of the page

Christmas Holidays

Monday 5th January After returning from the holidays I came back to my main task front cover and began to create the barcode area

I then gathered social media logos I then arranged the barcode with the social media I then added the price in both $ and £ I then also added in the web address

Monday 12th January After completing my main task front cover I then moved on to making the layout of my contents page

I first inserted the background colour

I then moved on to adding in the title Then I placed in a copy of the masthead and placed it above

the title I then began to type out the page numbers and laid them out

in a horizontal lineMonday 19th January I then typed out the sublines to correspond to the page

numbers I then decided to edit and insert an image of my cover star

Monday 26th January I then added the web address and page number at the bottom of the page

After this I then decided id ad an ‘Exclusives’ sectionMonday 2nd February I then moved on to making my editorial page

I decided I would split this page in half so that I could make the page look organized

Then typed out my editorialMonday 9th February After adding in my editorial details such as social media and

signature I then moved on to the ‘Credits’ section I then typed out all the page numbers and sublines

Monday 16th February I then created the layout on InDesign for my DPS I then added in the columns and inserted the text for the

interview I added a drop capital I then edited the image I was using on photoshop

23rd February I then inserted the edited image across both pages After this I then added the pull quote into my interview I then added a supporting subline underneath the title of the

page I then created an album cover for my cover star on

photoshop and inserted that into the bottom of my DPS2nd March After completing all magazines I then made the corrections

which were set to improve my pages.

23rd March It took around 2 weeks in order to complete all corrections30th march I then moved onto wirting my evaluation questions.6th April Evaluation Question 1 complete13th April Evaluation Question 2, 3, 4 complete27th of April Evaluation Question 5,6,7 complete
