Nashville, Tenn. (June 25, 2015) – In the season’s opening month, the Nashville Predators® will play five of their first eight games on home ice and host visits from the Edmonton Oilers, who are expected to pick first in the 2015 NHL Draft™ on Friday, the Eastern Conference Champion Tampa Bay Lightning and Sidney Crosby and the Pittsburgh Penguins. These notable games and more highlight the Nashville Predators’ first-half of the season and their march to hosting the 2016 NHL® All-Star Weekend in Nashville.

Hosted in Nashville for the first time, the NHL® All-Star Weekend will include the NHL All-Star Skills Competition™ on Saturday, Jan. 30 and the NHL® All-Star Game on Sunday, Jan. 31. Additional events have been planned in conjunction with the Skills Competition and All-Star Game, including the NHL Fan Fair™ and an outdoor campus that will include a rink for skating and youth hockey, family events, a concert stage and more.

Following the hosting of the League’s marquee event, the Preds start the second-half of the season with a four-game homestand that features visits from familiar faces in the Eastern Conference – Philadelphia, Head Coach Peter Laviolette’s former team, and Washington, where former Preds head coach Barry Trotz now stands behind the bench. In what hopes to be the final countdown to a second consecutive berth into the Stanley Cup Playoffs, Nashville closes out the 2015-16 regular season in April with three of four games on home ice.

“The release of the Nashville Predators’ 2015-16 schedule is another sign that a new season of Preds hockey will be here before we know it,” Bridgestone Arena and Nashville Predators President and COO Sean Henry said. “Fans should look forward to cheering on the Preds throughout the season and 14 times on Saturday at home, where the team will debut ‘Golden Saturdays,’ seeing three Original Six™ teams visit Nashville in the span of eight nights around the holidays, watching young players like Filip Forsberg and Seth Jones continue to develop, the play of one of the best defensive corps in the League led by Shea Weber and Roman Josi and 2015 Vezina finalist Pekka Rinne between the pipes. This is a great schedule and we have an exciting team – there’s no better time to become a season-ticket holder and secure a chance to purchase tickets to the 2016 NHL® All-Star Weekend.”

The Preds head out of town for the first time on Oct. 13, and on Oct. 15 will be one of the first teams to visit the New York Islanders in their new home at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center. On Oct. 27, Nashville leaves on a 10-day, four-game trip that takes them to San Jose, Los Angeles, Anaheim and Minnesota while their home, Bridgestone Arena, hosts the annual CMA Awards.

Schedule/Page 2

The final game of the annual late October, early November journey against the Wild (Nov. 5) will be Nashville’s first game against a fellow Central Division opponent. The Preds’ first home contest against a Central Division foe will take place just two days later on Nov. 7 when the St. Louis Blues visit Bridgestone Arena.

During the season, the Preds’ Central Division calendar includes six Saturday home contests (two against both St. Louis and Minnesota and one each versus Winnipeg and Colorado) and two visits from the Chicago Blackhawks (Dec. 10 and Jan. 19). Nashville will play four of its last seven games against Central Division foes, two of which will take place in Dallas (including the regular-season finale on April 9) and the remaining two will be played on home ice versus Colorado.

For the third consecutive season, the Predators will play two games against every Eastern Conference opponent; one on home ice and one as the visiting squad. Six of the Preds’ first eight games will be against intra-divisional foes, just one season removed from going 20-10-2 against the opposite conference, including Game No. 1 against the Carolina Hurricanes, the second consecutive season the Preds have opened against an Eastern Conference team. The remainder of Nashville’s Eastern Conference slate includes a Saturday-night meet up against the Detroit Red Wings the day after Christmas (Dec. 26), a St. Patrick’s Day (March 17) contest versus the New York Islanders and four back-to-back matchups before the team closes its Eastern Conference schedule on March 31 at Pittsburgh.

QUICK HITS: The Preds open at home for the second consecutive season and for the third time in the past eight seasons. Nashville plays at home on Saturday 14 times during the 2015-16 regular season. The team will play two five-game road trips – first from Nov. 20-27 and again from March 5-14, the latter of which

will be to accommodate the 2016 SEC Men’s Basketball Tournament. In December, the Preds will play nine contests at home, the most prolific month at home for the team; January is road-

heavy for the team, featuring nine games away from Music City. The schedule includes 12 sets of back-to-back games, with eight of the two-games-in-two nights scenarios taking

place on the road and the remaining four featuring a game at home and a game on the road. Thirty-six of the Preds’ 41 home games fall on a Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday and the remaining five games take

place on Mondays.

Full season-tickets are on sale and start as low as $15 per game with half-season packages starting at $25 per game. Fans can guarantee an opportunity to purchase 2016 NHL® All-Star tickets by becoming a Preds season-ticket holder – all season-ticket packages are currently available with great interest-free payment plans. To order season-tickets, visit nashvillepredators.com/seasons or contact a ticket representative at 615-770-7800.
