STEEPLE PHOTOS
If you made a donation to the Steeple Fund in the past few months and requested a photograph of it, the pictures have arrived. Please contact the office to make arrangements to pick up your copy.
We will not have Children’s Worship during the summer months. Worship bulletins tailored for children are available at the Welcome Center.
Children’s Worship will resume August 11th.
Fountain City Ministry Center Needs
The Fountain City Ministry Center is requesting donations of school supplies. They hope to equip 250 children with backpacks containing all the items they need to begin a new school year. They have asked us to supply 24 pack Crayola crayons and 12 pack Crayola washable markers. These donations may be placed in the FCMC basket located by the elevator. Thank you.
Sunday, July 7th
There will be a Church Council meeting this Sunday immediately following wor-ship. The Council includes the Pastor, min-isterial staff, WMU Director, Sunday School Director, Nursery Director, a repre-sentative from the Public Relations Com-mittee, the chairs of the Deacons, Trus-tees, Finance, Food and Fellowship, and the Moderator.
From Your Pastor…..
Thank you to everyone who made Vacation Bible School a success!
We were blessed to have many adults involved; we were able to
minister to 24 kids; and we were able to pack 632 boxes for Opera-
tion Christmas Child. Continue to pray as we seek to follow up with
children and their families.
Grace and Peace,
Jeff
Women on Mission will not meet during the month of July; however, we will have a mis-sion project for the month. We’d like to en-courage folks to continue to bring in the Crayola crayons and markers requested by the Fountain City Ministry Center for their backpack ministry. The next Women on Mission meeting will be held on August 13th.
