This exam schedule applies only to these exams. For courses originally scheduled (as of the start of summer 2020 term) for take-home final examinations, professors’ original exam instructions and deadlines should be followed. If your professor does not give a deadline, these take-home examinations must be submitted no layer than Thursday, July 23 at 11:59 PM (PDT). Your Individual Examination Dates will be viewable in PROWL by Thursday, July 9. If your examination schedule is not viewable in your PROWL account after July 9, please contact the Office of the Registrar immediately at 213-736-1130 or by email at [email protected]. If you experience problems with accessing your PROWL account, call the Helpdesk at 213- 736-1097 or contact via email at [email protected] for assistance. Exam Tips Before Your Take Home Final Examination Period Begins 1. It is extremely important that you download and test the examination software “Examplify” on your computer before you sit for your exams. This will help to significantly reduce any chance of you having a problem on the day of your examination. The software and test files are now available for you to use before you take your examination. Please refer to the Examplify Instructions for Take Home Exams for detailed information for using the software, including how to SUSPEND and RESUME your exam. The test file is named Mock-Take- Home-2019-20. There is NO pass code for Mock-Take-Home-2019-20. You will have 10 downloads to fully test the software. One of the best ways to test the software on your computer is to type a paragraph in Examplify, copy the paragraph and then rapidly paste it many times in succession. This will stress your computer beyond the typical typing speed. If you don’t have any problems, then you are successful. If you have a problem, please contact the ExamSoft Technical Support at 1-866-429-8889 (Option #3), or the Office of the Registrar at [email protected]. 2. On the day of your exam, download your examination answer files as soon as they are ready. You will need an Internet connection to download the examination answer files. 3. To avoid missing important notices, you should check your LLS email daily during the examination period. Good Luck! Loyola Law School - Office of the Registrar
