Lecturers Schedule

Moscow Pre-Finals ACM ICPC Workshop 2018 is held by Moscow

Institute of Physics and Technology and ITMO University at MIPT campus

in Dolgoprudny, Russia. The purpose of the workshop is to provide

quality training opportunities for competitive programming teams in

order to better prepare for ACM ICPC World Finals 2018 and high-level

contests of the next season.

The official language of the workshop is English.

Teams are allowed to choose between two training programs

(«divisions»). Division A, aimed at finalists and experienced teams, will

have general ACM-style contests exclusively. Division B will have three

educational «blocks» focused on a certain topic, with a lecture and a full-

scale contest each, and four contests shared with Div. A.

In addition to the educational program, students will be able to

take part in sports and entertainment activities and get a chance to

go on a sightseeing tour and to visit leading Russian IT companies.

Accommodation at MIPT campus and meals three times a day are

provided to all participants.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS

1. You must have your badge with you at all times.

You will be required to show your badge in order to

enter academic facilities and the dormitory.

2. Div. A competition area is located in the Reading Hall

on the second floor of the Main Building. For Div B it will

be held in room 107 of the Biobuilding. Upsolving for both

divisions will be held on all days from 17:00 to 22:00.

3. The dormitory is open for entrance and exit from 6am to 1am.

4. Smoking is prohibited:

» in academic buildings and the nearby territory

» in the dormitory and within 5 meters from it

5. Wi-Fi Internet access is provided in the dormitory, your

login and password will be given to you at the registration.

6. In order to visit the gym, clean sports shoes are required.

7. In order to visit the swimming pool, it is necessary to have a

soap, a wisp, a swimsuit, a swimming cap and a medical certificate.

8. Meals are provided to participants at the MIPT Canteen (turn to

the left, then go up to the third floor).

9. Starting from March 23, on free time you will

be able to engage in the following activities:

» Upsolving: at the Reading Hall and at the Biobuilding.

» Playroom (37 in the dormitory) with our volunteers, board games,

tea and cookies. Every day after dinner.

» Gym: open everyday, meeting on the first floor of the dormitory

at 20:45.

» Swimming pool: open on weekdays, meeting on the first floor of

the dormitory at 21:10.

» Billiards: a table can be booked a day before visiting via the

Google Form, meeting on the first floor of the dormitory at 20:45.

Every day except Monday and Tuesday.
