Once we have produced the final ar twork, we will send you thumbnails via email for approval. Your mats will then go into production and will arrive with you within our specified leadtime of 4-6 weeks.

We will let you know if there is any delay on your order. Deliveries will be made using either Royal Mail or a courier. We reserve the right to charge you for any extra cost arising from changes you make to the delivery address after your order has been processed. Please use an alternative address for delivery if you are not going to be able to receive the parcel. Please make sure you are aware of the lead-time when ordering personalised products.

ReturnsWe can refund and exchange within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. Sadly we cannot cover the cost of returned items and are only responsible for them on receipt.
