 The e!$loyer shall ha,e each e!$loyee *ho $erfor!s *or+ *hile on a scaold trained 'y a $erson uali%

in the su'-ect !atter to recogni)e the ha)ards associated *ith the ty$e of scaold 'eing used and to

understand the $rocedures to control or !ini!i)e those ha)ards. The training shall include the follo*ing

areas as a$$lica'le/
