o Collaboration Meeting Announcement (Kassi Kronfeld): Dr. Molly Osborne (SOM)

wanted to try and set up a meeting with members of All-Hill council with Dr. Canterbury,

who is a Dean of Education at University of Virginia. He will be having several meetings

with the different programs while he is here at OHSU regarding curriculum changes and

other planning for the new campus. They specifically wanted to try and meet on Monday

Nov 21. A sign up sheet was sent around for people interested in meeting with him.

Contact Kassi Kronfeld [email protected] you are interested.

o Ski Trip to Sunriver (VJ and Kristin): Each school will have a coordinator or captain that

will collect all of the sign up sheets from each group of students from their respective

school. The cost will be $55 per student and $65 for non-OHSU students. There should be

discounted ski passes at Mt. Bachelor that should be around $55 compared to their

regular price of $95. December 14th will be the last day to register for the event. Each

school representative will be sending emails out to their respective schools regarding the

    ski trip.

o Reserve Account update (Jesse Hollander): There were no ideas from students

regarding what we can propose for the money in the reserve account. We will need to

have a proposal by the spring in order to use it next year. There will be further discussion

concerning the budget proposal that was instigated by Charlie Muraki (former Student

    Council President) last year.

o All hill budget/funding requests (Jesse Hollander): A printout was handed out of the all

hill student council budget. Along the lines of this budget, we need to update the bylaws in

regards to funding requests. Since there has been an increase in funding requests, we

need to make sure that there are some guidelines or a scope to make sure that these

funds are going to the right events. Some of the school councils have different

mechanisms for funding student events and trips. A subcommittee will be created in order

    to organize this situation.

    Regular Updates (20 minutes):

Student Newsletter Committee (William Giardino): The student newsletter The Pulse has

arrived and will be distributed among the schools.

Student Health Advisory Group (Molly Harding): The Health Center has stopped doing their

weekly flu shots. There was a wellness survey that was sent out. 300 people responded to the

survey and a lot of people wanted to be involved in Yoga classes. Students who would like to get

the waiver to join their parents private insurance policies can do that starting next year.

Student Center Planning Committee (Karen Seresun): The construction of the student center

will start on December 5th, and will run through mid March. They are updating the Basketball court

and putting in sprinkler systems into the building. They are looking into intramurals off site during

this construction time. There is a new artist named Raithon Clay displayed at the Student Center.

The Association for Students Underserved are doing a clothes drive. The specialty speed dating
