Having the proper technical and process setup is obviously key, experience learns however DATA is all about PEOPLE, so:

1. Communicate, communicate, communicate• Talk ‘business’ not ‘data’• Why are we doing this, what are the benefits?

2. Be patient• Take time to train, explain and support your community• And do it over and over again
