In performing services hereunder, the Supplier agrees to limit its activities to those necessary and essential to performing such services, to not interfere with or misuse any non-SBC LEC equipment or facilities on or adjacent to the SBC LECs facilities, to refrain from in any manner accessing customer lines to which customer has access and to indemnify and hold harmless the SBC LEC for any inappropriate use of material or information.
