CHAMPAGNE & SPARKLING WINES

Wolf Blass, Yellow Label Sparkling Brut, Australia $40This wine is light to medium straw in color with a hint of green. Complex aromas of fresh fruit and creamy yeast are perfectly balanced on the nose. On the fine

palate, green apple chardonnay flavors and strawberry Pinot Noir characters are complemented with a crisp lively acidity. Enjoy as an aperitif or will pair well

Chandon, Rose, California $60This fresh and juicy wine that’s a gorgeous shade of pink completes the Chandon portfolio by offering an aromatic, dry Rosé sparkling wine. Though it’s not sweet,

Listel, Grain De Gris Rose, France $40A refreshing French Rose that expresses layers of fresh peach, apricot and strawberry

flavors; perfect to serve with a light seafood salad.

Luna, Pinot Grigio, California $40The 2013 Pinot Grigio is a pale straw color. Aromas of lemon curd and citrus blossom carry

the nose. Bright grapefruit greets the palate, followed by a refreshingly brisk citrus, lime finish. This wine will pair well with a wide range of seafood, vegetable dishes,

and summer time grilling.

Matua Valley, Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand $40Soft in color with green hues, this Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc shows tropical and citrus

fruits along with attractive herbaceous/varietal characters on the nose. The palate is generous and fruit driven with classical Marlborough acidity giving a fresh, clean palate and

passion fruit finish.

Olivier Leflaive, Bourgogne Blanc Les Setilles, France $56The aromas of white flowers, peach, toasted almonds and lemon peel dominate mineral.

The attack is full and warm with a lively and tasty finish.

RED WINES

Sterling, Vinters Collection, Merlot, California, $56Bright aromas of black cherry and plum hold through the senses as they join ripe, chewy tannins

on the palate. The fruit is complemented by ample caramel, mocha, and toasty oak from extensive aging in new American oak barrels.

Rosenblum, Zinfandel, California, $48Heady aromas of molasses, cane sugar, and cocoa drape over black cherry and cassis. Across the palate, the fruit deepens, developing dark, jammy layers. A lively pepper minerality, distinctive to the

soils of this region, balances the richness of the fruit.

Erath, Pinot Noir, Oregon, $52Wafts of red plum and raspberry intertwine with spice, soft sage, and an intriguing hint of cracked
