INDICTMENT (Title 18, United States Code, 111(a) and (b)-Assault of a

Federal Officer)

The Grand Jury charges that:

On or about June 6, 2015, at Eastham, in the District of

Massachusetts,

DONALD L. SAVAGE,

defendant herein, intentionally did forcibly assault, resist,

oppose, impede, intimidate, and interfere with a person

designated in 18 U.S.C. 1114, that is, a United States Park

Ranger, while that Ranger was engaged in and on account of the

performance of his official duties, and such acts involved

physical contact with the victim of that assault, that is, the

Ranger; and did, in the commission of said acts, use a dangerous

weapon, to wit, his teeth, and did inflict bodily injury.

All in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section

111(a) and (b).
