The very successful Woody rods introduced in 2009 – have set new standards for big lure and jerk bait rods. The trend is that many lure anglers also want ultra light jerk bait rods – we have made these light versions of the woody – to suit the modern low profile bait casters and dropdown gearbox reels. These rods are uncompromisingly designed and made on ultra responsive 30t carbon fibre blanks, plenty of back bone even for bigger lures! Delicate tip action and plenty of room for giving big lures big action – and still have great fun fighting the fish!
