Saudi-British Energy Week Is this for me? We welcome all UK energy companies that have innovative products and solutions for the energy industry in Saudi Arabia. Companies with a long-term vision, commitment to the Saudi market and a willingness to invest in the country will be particularly welcome. Opportunities vary but include areas such as: • Drilling and production technologies • Power generation IPPs • Renewable Energy (solar and wind) • Nuclear • Downstream petrochemical industries • Vocational training across the full range of energy industries How much will it cost? The event will come under UKTI’s OMIS chargeable service. For £780 (+ VAT) your company will be a key participant in the events listed above; and included in all the publicity and marketing material which will be sent to the Saudi business community. The cost will also include transport to each of the events as well as meals for the majority of your stay. The price will not include flights and transfers; nor hotel accommodation. We have, however, secured very competitive corporate rates from leading hotels. Full details can be provided upon request. What is the Saudi-British Energy Week? An opportunity for British companies to take part in a four day programme of activities in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia – the industrial heart of the Middle East. The programme will include: • A networking day with Saudi Aramco at their HQ in Dhahran • A visit to Jubail – the world’s largest industrial city – for meetings with key Saudi companies in the energy and petrochemicals sectors • An exhibition at the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce in Dammam • A full day programme of sector specific Workshops (to include EPC s (Engineering Procurement Construction) work etc) In addition there will be a series of evening events to include a VIP British Business Dinner for up to 200 guests; and a business networking reception.
