Some eTwinning project ideas…

Talking Through Time “War detectives” – pupils invited local veterans,

grandparents and community members to share their memories.

How Did We Get Here? Stories of Migration The project involves inviting a network of classes from

schools to study together the migration of people, who have left their birthplace and have travelled to other parts of their own country or abroad for a multitude of different reasons to gain a better understanding of the reasons for emigration/ immigration and their impact on society.

Some advice…

Create a blog, a forum or a space of communication so the students can tell their expectations about the project.

Divide students into pairs or mixed groups to ensure that every student has a partner.

Make the students’ meeting possible through a chat or videoconference, photos, common references (football players, singers, etc).
