What is CIRCABC?
Is a service managed and provided by DIGITUnder IDABC (now ISA) frameworkhttp://ec.europa.eu/isa
CIRCABC is used to create collaborative workspaces where communities of users can work together over the web and share information and resources.
This multilingual application offers distribution and management of documents in any format, with fined grained security.

The Library is the place where the documents are stored, shared and managed
This service is made of spaces & content
Any space can contain sub-spaces & content
Users with role Lib-admin, Lib-fulledit or Lib-Manageown can create spaces and add content into the Library

An OSS (Open Source Software) version of CIRCABC is available for public administrations, businesses and citizens of the European Union.
