Created the end-to-end story and high-fidelity prototypes based on user research, competitive analysis, and collaboration with other design teams.

Conducted user research and analysis to design wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and iteratively improved them based on user testing.

Gathered requirements from stakeholders and conducted user research and testing to iteratively design the website’s front-end.

Finalized the Minimum Viable Experience with developers and presented the overall work to stakeholders who then incorporated the project into the product roadmap.

Tested the usability with 15 participants and found the System Usability Scale score as 92/100 and Task Completion Rate as 86.6%.

By the end of the first month from launch, the app acquired an average of around 3800 daily new users with an Aggregate Retention Rate of 47.3%.

As a result of our work, the Cart Abandonment Rate has decreased by 17.2%, and the Total Orders increased by 28.7% within six months.

Developed the designed prototypes using technologies such as Angular 5, Bootstrap 3, HTML, and CSS.
