To increase/delay the opening time of valve is determined by the VVT-LAYSHAFT rotation. •As per the discussion with the design engineer the physical status will change to FEA for boundary conditions and analyze to check and compare VON-MISES stress with the yield.

PROFFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE ON VARIOUS PROJECTS WORKED:

1. COVER PLATE (STRUCTURAL ANAYSIS)

•Cover Plate is used to cover the lubricating oil pipe assembly, where to stop the movement of lubricating oil valve mechanism with some pressure.

3. TRACTION MOTOR (STRUCTURAL & FATIGUE ANALYSIS)

•Traction motor is a type of electric motor, which is used to power the locomotive wheel mounted on axle. Power produced by motor is transferred through pinion on the motor shaft to the bull gear on the axle.

•As design engineer suggested change the physical status of component to FEA with boundary conditions.

•Run all the static & fatigue load cases, get the stress direction for fixing the strain gauges.

4. TEST RIG (STRUCTURAL & FATIGUE ANALYSIS)

I. EXHAUST MANIFOLD TEST RIGII. SUSPENSION SPRING SYSTEM

•Investigate the rig structure with the load cases given by the design engineer to confirm that the rig can withstand for the real time loads applied & also need to check the factor of safety.

5. ROCKER ARM (STRUCTURAL & FATIGUE ANALYSIS)

•Valve train opening and closing opening/closing and duration geometry of the valve train controls the amount of air fuel entering the combustion chamber at any given point of time. The timing for opening/closing duration is controlled by the camshaft; it is synchronized to the crankshaft by chain, belt or gear.

•In real time, the rocker arm is fixed in the center, the force transmitted from camshaft through pushrod and the other end force coming from spring on the valve.

“This is the most economical cleaning not in need of electric power. It requires manual power to use it. Only 20 newton force is needed to work”

2. Completed final year project on “REGENERATIVE SUSPENSION SYSTEM” in

2012.

“Under the idea of vibration in shock absorber with dc stepper motor.we are

using the mechanical energy to produce power as a source of shock absorber with

DC STEPPER MOTOR as generator”
