Some female teachers remained a little bit late due to coming from the remote areas as well as lack of transport facility there, hence SAS operators have been compelled to facilitate their teachers to reaching in time at the training venue;
SEF-SAS Training certificates towards Pre-Primary teachers are still not awarded;
01 day (December 27, 2016) of HT’s training was rendered due to Shaheed Muhatarma Benazir Bhutto’s Public Holiday in Sindh;
HT of SEWAI Foundation was remained absent on the day of training activity;
Launching the pilot projects for teachers’ capacity building at regional level / district level may be imparted to achieve the sustainable objectives;
Cultural values followed and overall sessions remained visible and audible to all trainees and observers;
Observed more bonhomie approach in an inaugural time and ending of training activity and it remained as a well appreciated endeavor.
7-Conclusion sA better education by the SEF is its broad motive to the region’s children, as a moral educationist belongs to the future and she/ he has to accept the challenges today for tomorrow, hence these kinds of actions may efficiently be sustained till achieving the required vision in the sindh province and also across the country.
