January 26, 2017 Dear Potential Advertiser: The Aristocats Kids production, presented by Alvaton Elementary, is quickly approaching and the excitement and preparation are in full swing. As part of the preparation for the production, a program is being developed to be dispersed to the patrons of the show held at SKyPAC on March 14, 2017. These programs will be FREE of charge to everyone attending Alvaton’s The Aristocats Kids production. Cast members/families and the SKyPAC committee of Alvaton Elementary faculty and staff are actively pursuing advertisements to include in the program that will be professionally printed for this production. As mentioned above, each patron will receive a program, and your advertisement would serve as a WIN-WIN for you, the cast member/production, and the community. Please see information below concerning the specifics of the Alvaton Aristocats Kids production program.

1. The program will measure 5.5 x 8.5. (This is an 8.5 x 11 standard paper with a half fold.) 2. The front cover, front-inside cover, back-inside cover, and back cover will be a heavy weight glossy paper and

printed in color. (NO ADVERTISEMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON THOSE 4 PAGES OF THE BROCHURE.) These pages will be for production and school information, only.

3. The interior of the program will be on a lesser weight glossy paper. The printing inside the program will all be in black and white. (If creating an advertisement keep this in mind. All advertisements will be in black/white/gray scale print.)

4. Three different advertisement sizes are available for purchase- ¼ page, ½ page, and full page. a. ¼ page ad-$25.00 b. ½ page ad-$50.00 c. 1 full-page ad-$100.00

5. In the event you wish to donate more than the $100.00, this will be noted on your advertisement in the form of special advertisement name. (i.e. Aristocat Angel Sponsor)

6. Payment for the advertisements can be in the form of cash or check. Checks will need to be made payable to Alvaton Elementary PTO.

7. The created ads will need to be e-mailed to Jill McClard at jill.mcclard@warren.kyschools.us as the program design will be under my direction. PLEASE INCLUDE: ARISTOCATS PROGRAM AD IN THE SUBJECT LINE.

8. All ads will need to be in PNG or PDF format for appropriate placement/design in the program. 9. The DEADLINE to receive advertisements and payment for those advertisements will be Friday, February 24. NO

ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INLCUDED IN THE PROGRAM WITHOUT RECEIPT OF PAYMENT. 10. A written receipt will be provided for your advertisement once payment is received. This receipt can be used for tax

write-off purposes. 11. Sponsorship of an individual cast member’s activity fee WILL NOT warrant an advertisement in the program. Only

advertisements purchased and donations benefitting the entire cast/production will receive an advertisement in the printed program.
