Sara Todisco Russ Graham Saved taxpayers over half a million dollars

by pushing for cuts as a member of the Finance Committee, which resulted in the two lowest tax increases in the past 15 years

Encouraged Council to bring a redevelopment attorney and financial advisor onboard to negotiate the best possible deal on the redevelopment of South Avenue, which led to a decrease in the number of units

Increased transparency in government by advocating for more public meetings on the budget and for Council members to attend Union County Freeholder meetings

Successfully lobbied for a larger shelter at the Garwood Train Station at no cost to the taxpayers

Contributed to the deal reached with Westfield YMCA for the use of Washington School which generates revenue and ensures upkeep of the property

Successfully negotiated mutually acceptable contract between the teachers and the Board of Education

Oversaw capital projects for the school including solar panels, computer lab, fire dampers, and air handlers as Chairman of the Building and Grounds Committee

Represented NJ’s nearly one thousand industry stakeholders as President of the NJ Chapter of American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers
