➢ Continuous Performance Management (CPM) helps organizations to adapt and respond to changing
conditions -increasing the need to go beyond the traditional manager-employee relationship
➢ Continuous Performance Management (CPM) helps employees and managers have meaningful and
structured discussions throughout the performance cycle. CPM connects those discussions to the
SuccessFactors suite, and allows employees to capture activities, achievements and feedback in real time
➢ With Continuous Performance Management, Associates can better track and manage their performance
efforts, create activities toward performance and development goals, display achievements, and ongoing

Steps
➢ Activities, achievements and feedback are the main focus of a conversation between an Associate and
Evaluator
➢ Associates can capture and track activities, view a summary of their achievements, and request feedback in
real-time to give Evaluators and other roles greater visibility into associate effort.
➢ Evaluators can also add activities on behalf of their direct reports, and display achievements.

➢ Associates can click on Create Activity to create Activity and link it to the Goal.

➢ Attachments can be added for each activity to provide additional context or demonstrate work done in
