Log in to customer instance
• Enables SAP SuccessFactors employees or partners with support access to log into the specified user account directly from Provisioning, without using the regular login page. The temporary access can be granted to a specified user account to investigate and troubleshoot issues without compromising the user’s privacy. The access can be revoked to the user account at any time
• When Single Sign-On is enabled, secondary login is the recommended method for SAP employees and partners to access a customer instance. It is not necessary to enable Partial Organization SSO or request login access through the customer’s SSO portal
