My name is Wenceslao Lacaze and I’ve been working as a SAP basis

Administrator and Solution Manager Consultant for the last 8 years.

I’m a Techno-Functional SAP Solution Manager Subject Matter Expert (SME), I

Design, Build and Implement the product using “Run Sap” Methodology.

I have developed a very extended experience with medium and large scaled

SAP installations in several (multi)national environments.

Pre-Cheker Run the Pre-Checker to control if the System is Ok.



Database Installation [vtomde] # /cdsap/db2/AIX/db2rdbms/AIX/DBSW/db2/aix/install > ./db2setup



Aplicación del Parche

Cd /cdsap/db2/AIX/db2fp12/AIX/FIXPAK

./installFixPak –y -a

Start the sap installation

SolMan�Sap system�IBM DB2 Unix

When Solution Manager try to start the Database instance you have errors related to the DB

Licence



Display Licence

Logon with the Database account in the Aix Machine and run. db2licm -l

Install Licence

# su - db2mde

vtomde:db2mde 1> cd /db2 vtomde:db2mde 2> db2licm -a db2ese.lic

DBI1402I License added successfully.
