Delivery/Shipment Sync

• Shipment/Delivery of ERP will sync back to eCommerce and

update the Web Order Status as per the Status Update

definition in eCommerce.

• Shipment Tracking Number mentioned/generated within ERP

will also be updated in eCommerce Shipment document.






Invoice Sync

Against online payment in eCommerce, invoice is generated

and downloaded to the ERP system along with the online

payment information (e.g., Transaction ID).






Invoice Sync

To support offline payments (e.g. check payment, credit

limit), invoices generated in ERP system will sync back to

eCommerce and update the web order status.






Item Sync

• Items newly created/already available in eCommerce

Platform will be synced back to ERP as an article/Item.

• eCommerce SKU will become ‘Item Code’ in ERP.

• Item Attributes, Description and images will be available in

ERP system after the sync.

Stock Update
