1. How to access relevant work items through email link?

You’ll be able to log on to the below screen, if password is reset through KAUST connect only.

However the alternate ways of accessing the work item(s) are mentioned in section 2

2. How to access relevant work items through GRC Access Control link? Access the portal link https://portal.kaust.edu.sa and enter login credentials.

Click on GRC Approval tile availble in the left panel as seen below.
