SymptomWith SAP enhancement package 6 for SAP ERP 6.0, version for SAP HANA, SAPis enabling the existing functions of SAP ERP for SAP HANA to utilize thein-memory technology and enable better performing business applications.Thereby, business application can manage also large data volumessignificantly faster. SAP HANA comprises the required hardware as well asthe SAP HANA appliance software (SAP HANA database and data replicationtools, for example).Please note:the specific observed performance is depending on configuration, datavolumes and data constellation.SAP enhancement package 6 for SAP ERP 6.0, version for SAP HANA istechnically very similar to an enhancement package, however it is not partof the release sequence of EHPs of SAP ERP. It is an optional intermediatestep for early adopters on their way to SAP HANA.Please consider that some industries solutions, add-ons or functions willnot be supported with SAP enhancement package 6 for SAP ERP 6.0, versionfor SAP HANA. This release is a product outside the release sequence of SAPERP.

How to go on with HANA installation & update process in case of no industrycomponent is active / switched on:1. Software Update Manager has stopped in phase configuration and ask forimplementation of this note.2. Check if no switches of indutry components are active: call transactionSFW5 -> field Business Function Set shall be empty!3. Call transaction SNOTE -> Download SAP note 1768031 and set processingstatus to 'Compltd'(completed).4. Repeat the phase in Software Update Manager

For optimizations related to reports using the logical database BRF,implement corrections from SAP Notes 1785720, 1788016, 1790275 and 1793167.Refer to SAP Note 1770183, which describes limitations to the optimizationsfor reports using the logical database BRF (e.g. RFAUSZ00, RFBELJ00,RFUMSV00).

The optimization of report RFITEMGL, transaction FBL3N and report RFEPOS00,transaction FBL3 are not released for productive usage. The optizations arecalled via transaction FBL3H.
