Consulting

Project Management & Delivery

• Establishing a strong working relationship with clients

• Collaborating with clients to define long-term vision, goals and strategies

• Leading requirement-gathering workshops with a team of global IT professional & subject matter experts, translating a

complete set of business and functional requirements into actionable project initiatives w/associated metrics

• Contributing to the design and development of clients’ future-state processes and organizations by testing and presenting

insights and recommendations to senior management; define corresponding transformation roadmaps

• Designing S/4HANA finance functionality for Infosys clients

• Supporting management of project execution from start-to-finish in order to deliver according to plan (scope, quality and time)

• Coaching and developing junior team members to deliver quality results and promote professional development

• Contributing to business development opportunities and building add-on business for the practice and the firm

People Development

• Mentoring and coaching team members

• Participating in and contributing to practice training activities

• Serving as a People Manager to junior consultants

Practice Development

• Providing insight to new and emerging S/4HANA Finance best practices and contributing to the development of service

offerings

• Creating/contributing S/4HANA Finance practice artifacts

• Working with other practice members to support Infosys Consulting thought leadership activities and develop innovative

assets, including differentiated points of view and methodologies

• Contributing to practice growth and vitality through roles such as recruitment, training and retention

Designing and executing revolutionary transformation programs, your role will focus on leadership and delivery. You will

collaborate and interface with client counterparts on a daily basis, cementing Infosys Consulting’s reputation as a leading

provider of value-adding consulting services. And you will use your knowledge and experience to advise on the branding,

thought leadership and knowledge management that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

YOUR NEW ROLE

ARE YOU READY TO STEP UP?

• At least 2 full life cycle implementations

throughout all phases of the package

implementation lifecycle

• Functional expertise in at least two of the

following: Finance, Order to Cash, Business

Process Consolidation, Treasury and Revenue at

Risk

• Live within 2 hours drive time of or be willing to

relocate to one of these Infosys hub offices:

Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX;

Houston, TX; Bridgewater, NJ; New York City, NY;

San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA

• One year of S/4HANA experience on at least 2

projects

• 5 years’ consulting experience, preferably Big 4

Necessary Qualifications

• A leader and key contributor in project

management of large ERP implementation

projects and teams; significant team leadership

experience over Process Streams / Functional

Areas

• In-depth knowledge of Package Implementation

Methodology and key deliverables

• A proven track record of leading and managing

both large and small teams

• Ability to influence at the leadership level

• Ability to simplify difficult situations, models and

issues to create executable action

• Willingness to travel depending on client

requirements

• Ability and willingness to work as part of a

cross-cultural team including flexibility to support

multiple time zones when necessary
