Skoolhoofde moet seker maak dat u inligting opgedateer word. (‘n Amptelike brief van SARO is hierby aangeheg.) Ons het verneem dat posvlak 1-opvoeders probleme ondervind om hul inligting in te voer. Ons kommunikeer met SARO om die prosedure van aanmelding van probleme met die “CPTD” stelsel te verkry. Ons sal lede inlig sodra ons terugvoer ontvang het. Intussen wil SAOU ook ‘n deeglike opname maak rondom die foute / frustrasies wat ons lede tans ervaar met die “CPTD” sisteem op SARO se webblad. Ons versoek u om alle foute / frustrasies / probleme wat ervaar word met die aanlyn opdatering van u “CPTD” punte aan ons per kerende epos te stuur na [email protected] of faks na 051 430 1564. Gee asb. ‘n deeglike verduideliking hoe u die bogendoemde aspekte ervaar sodat ons dit aan die verantwoordelike amptenare van SARO / SACE kan deurgee tydens ‘n amptelike vergadering. According to information received, it seems that the waiting period is not applicable to all members. GEMS will communicate with the GEMS member whenever the waiting period will be applicable.
SOUTH AFRICAN COUNCIL FOR EDUCATORS (SACE):
Herewith information as received from SACE: The cut-off date on which principals should enter their CPTD information regarding their credits at SACE, was extended to the end of June 2017. Principals must ensure that their information is updated. (The Official letter from SACE is attached) It also came to our attention that post level 1 educators experience problems to enter their information. We are communicating with SACE to determine which process to follow to report problems with the CPTD system. We will inform members as soon as we have the information. SAOU would like to conduct an urgent investigation regarding the errors / frustrations / issues that our members are currently experiencing when CPTD information is entered on the SACE website. Please respond via email ([email protected]) or fax 051 430 1564 regarding this matter. Please furnish us with a thorough explanation of the above-mentioned aspects so that we can communicate these issues to the responsible officials of SACE during an official meeting.
