COUNER WEIGH SYSEMSSantura Engineering started the manufacture ofcounter weight systems in the late nineties. Tesystem is used to balance Radiant Coils in theReformer / Cracking Furnaces. Fabrication iscarried out as per clients drawings. Te DeadWeight material is from carbon steel and Cast Iron.

Te hollow section of the H and I frames of thecounter weight consists of imported Graph alloyoil less bushes embedded in Carbon steel housing.Te pins are made of special grade Stainless Steel410s. Clevises are of S.S material machined in house.Certain sub-components of the counter weight areimported. Heat treatment of 8.8 grade bolts is done

by our sub contractor which is closely monitored toattain hardness and tempering.Te complete systemis hot dip galvanized.

of heaters such as explosiondoors, peep doors, pipe guide,anchor bolts, etc. Most ofthe items are made in alloysteel material, whos quality iscontrolled from raw materialstage .

SIGH/PEEP DOORSPeep doors fabricated from carbon steel, S.S 310, 310H along withtoughened and hardened glass as per British Standards (BS). SanturaEngineering Pvt Ltd has manufactured almost 75% of peep doors ofthe above mentioned type; in India for refineries to Engineers Indialimited (EIL) Specification. We can proudly boast that our peep doors are of

extensive quality as we have acquired almost majority of the market share inthis product.
