Entry fees must be paid in cash at the Coaches Meeting and it is MANDATORY to present official and valid documents that show the nationality of players or authorization from the International Racquetball Federation. Seguros: Cada Delegación será responsable de mantener a sus atletas, entrenadores, delegados y cualquier otro miembro oficial de la Delegación con un seguro que cubra cualquier eventualidad durante el evento.

Insurance Policies: Each Delegation will be responsible for coordinating insurance for its athletes, coaches, delegates, and any other official members of the Delegation. This insurance must cover any emergency / eventuality during the tournament.

POLITICA DE UNIFORMES – RECORDATORIO / UNIFORM POLICY - REMINDER Todos los jugadores vestir camisas que identifiquen al país (nombre o emblema) en la parte trasera de la camisa y que sea claramente visible desde afuera de la cancha tanto para el árbitros como para el público. En el caso de dobles, ambos participantes deben vestir el mismo uniforme (pantalonetas y camisetas idénticas, salvo por el nombre o apellido del jugador en caso de que lo tengan).

All players must wear country identification while playing (name and / or emblem) on the back of their T-shirts clearly visible from the outside to both the referee and the public. For doubles teams, both participants must wear the same complete uniform (identical shorts and t-shirts, with the only exception being if the name of the player is included on the shirt. If one player has his/her name on the shirt, the other must have this feature as well.)
