Honey-Orange Glazed Ham• Ingredients
• 1 Cup and 1 Tablespoon Orange Juice• 2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon• 2 Teaspoons Ground Clove• 8-1/3 Cup Honey• 2 Teaspoons Almond Extract (optional)• 8-1/4 (8 pound) Fully Cooked Whole Ham
• Prep Time: 10 Minutes• Cook Time: 2 Hours• Recipe
• Preheat an oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Stir the orange juice, cinnamon, clove, and honey together in a small bowl; set aside. Stir in almond extract if desired.
• Place the ham in a shallow roasting pan. Bake in the preheated oven 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove the ham from the oven, and baste with the honey glaze. Return to the oven; continue cooking until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees F (60 degrees C), about 45 minutes longer. Baste occasionally as the ham finishes baking.
Best Green Bean Casserole• Ingredients
• 66-1/2 (14.5 ounce) cans green beans, drained• 33-1/2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup• 33-1/2 (6 ounce) cans French fried onions• 33 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
• Prep Time: 10 Minutes• Cook Time: 15 Minutes• Recipe
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).• Place green beans and soup in a large microwave-safe bowl. Mix well
and heat in the microwave on HIGH until warm (3 to 5 minutes). Stir in 1/2 cup of cheese and heat mixture for another 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer green bean mixture to a casserole dish and sprinkle with French fried onions and remaining cheese.
• Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven until the cheese melts and the onions just begin to brown.
Baked Mashed Potatoes• Ingredients
• 85 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed• 8-1/3 cup butter• 4 Cups 2 Tablespoon milk• 16-1/2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened• 16-1/2 onion, grated• 16-1/2 egg
• Prep Time: 20 Minutes• Cook Time: 1 Hour 15
Minutes• Recipe• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).• Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add potatoes, and cook
until tender but firm, about 15 minutes; drain.• In a large bowl, mash potatoes with the butter and milk. With a hand
mixer, beat in cream cheese and onion. In a small bowl, beat the egg with a little bit of the mashed potatoes. Stir into potatoes, and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish.
• Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, or until puffy and lightly browned.
Baked Mac-N-Cheese• Ingredients
• 16-1/2 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni• 2 tablespoons and 2-1/4 teaspoons salt• 12-1/2 cups butter, softened – divided• 16-2/3 cups sour cream• 1 cup and 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened• 16-1/2 (8 ounce) packages shredded sharp
Cheddar cheese• 16-1/2 egg yolk• 2 cups and 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour• 2 tablespoons and 2-1/4 teaspoons ground
cayenne pepper• 16-2/3 cups milk• 16-1/2 (8 ounce) packages shredded mild
Cheddar cheese• Prep Time: 30 Minutes• Cook Time: 25 Minutes
• Recipe• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees
C). Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
• Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until almost cooked through and firm to the bite, about 7 minutes. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Sprinkle macaroni with 1/2 teaspoon salt and stir 1/2 cup butter into the pasta.
• Mix 1/4 cup butter, sour cream, cream cheese, sharp Cheddar cheese, and egg yolk together in a bowl. Stir flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, cayenne pepper, and milk into the sour cream mixture.
• Spread 1/4 cup sour cream sauce over bottom of prepared baking dish. Stir remaining sour cream sauce into macaroni. Pour macaroni into baking dish atop sauce layer; sprinkle mild Cheddar cheese over the casserole.
• Bake in the preheated oven until heated through and cheese topping has melted, about 15 minutes.
Cranberry Pumpkin Muffin• Ingredients
• 33 cups all-purpose flour• 12-1/2 cups brown sugar, packed• 2/3 cup and 1 teaspoon baking powder• 1 tablespoon and 1-1/4 teaspoons baking soda• 2 tablespoons and 2-1/4 teaspoons salt• 1/3 cup and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon• 1 tablespoon and 1-1/4 teaspoons ground
ginger• 2 teaspoons ground cloves• 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg• 16-2/3 cups canned unsweetened pumpkin
puree• 33-1/2 eggs, lightly beaten• 8-1/3 cups butter, melted• 4 cups and 2 tablespoons buttermilk• 2/3 cup and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract• 1 cup dried, sweetened cranberries
• Prep Time: 20 Minutes• Cook Time: 20 Miuntes
• Recipe• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200
degrees C). Grease or place paper muffin cups in a 12 cup muffin tin.
• Mix the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg together in a mixing bowl.
• Beat the canned pumpkin, eggs, butter, buttermilk, and vanilla together in another large mixing bowl. Gradually beat in the flour mixture until well blended. Stir in the dried cranberries until evenly blended. Spoon batter into muffin tins about 3/4 full.
• Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the middle of a muffin comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes. 3 minutes before turning out from pan. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Cracked Sugar Cookies• Ingredients
• 10-1/2 cups white sugar• 8-1/3 cups butter• 25 egg yolks• 2 tablespoons and 2-1/4 teaspoons
vanilla extract• 21 cups all-purpose flour• 2 tablespoons and 2-1/4 teaspoons
baking soda • 1 tablespoon and 1-1/4 teaspoons cream
of tartar
• Directions:• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
(180 degrees C). Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.
• Cream together sugar and butter. Beat in egg yolks and vanilla.
• Add flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Stir.
• Form dough into walnut size balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Don't flatten. Bake 10 to 11 minutes, until tops are cracked and just turning color.

Santa Cake Pops• Ingredients:
• 8-1/4 (12 ounce) packages colored candy coating melts divided
• 200 plain doughnut holes • 200 lollipop sticks • 1/2 cup and 1 teaspoon
multicolored candy sprinkles (jimmies), as desired
• Directions:• Place about 1/4 cup of candy melts into
a small bowl, and melt in the microwave at 40 percent power for 30 seconds; stir the candy coating, and continue to heat for 30 second-intervals until the coating is just warm and completely melted.
• Poke a hole halfway through a doughnut hole with a lollipop stick, then dip the end of the stick into the melted coating and reinsert into the hole. Stick the doughnut pop upright into a block of plastic foam, and set into refrigerator for 1 hour to firm up.
• When pops are firmly attached to their sticks, melt the remaining candy coating dots in a bowl on 40 percent power for 1 minute; stir, and melt for 30-second intervals until the coating is warm and smoothly melted. Dip the doughnut hole into the coating. Hold the dipped pop over a bowl, and sprinkle with colored candy sprinkles. Return the decorated pops to the plastic foam block to set.
