GENERAl REQuiREMENTS FoR wElDiNG

wElDiNG PRocESS

1. Cutting pipes to proper length.Cut pipes perpendicularly to its axis with a pipe cutter or a rotary pipe cutter.

2. Cleaning and marking. Beforefusioncleanuptheendofapipeandafittingandmarkthedepthoftheinsertionofapipeintoafittinginaccordancewith the table.

3. Removing aluminium from stabi pipes. In case of stabi pipes, prior to the fusion, remove the outside layer of polypropylene and aluminium with a stabi cutter. The depthofconditioninguptothestoppositiondeterminesdepthoffusionduringthewelding.Aftercompletinggrindingcheckif a foil has been fully removed.

4. Welding of elements. When the heating temperature has reached the required260˚C,pushthefittingandtheendofthepipeontheweld-ingendsbymeansofaslidingnon-rotarymotiontothedepthpreviouslymarkedandheatthemaccordingtothetimespeci-fiedinthetable.

5. Joining. Takeapipeandafittingofftheweldingendsandjointhembypushingwithoutturning,uptothepreviouslymarkedweldingdepth.Duringpushingdeterminethemutualpositionofapipeandafitting.Leavea jointstilluntil it reaches therequiredstability.
