Sandra Whittle, General Manager PartyLite UK & Ireland

Sandra has been Managing Director of PartyLite U.K. & Ireland since 2010, having been Director of Sales & Marketing for the previous 7 years. She joined PartyLite 1999.

Sandra’s long career in Direct Sales started with a company which had pioneered party plan selling in the UK. She started in the field and eventually became one of 80 Distributors for the company. She attained Distributor of the Year for the first three years the title was awarded and eventually was invited to join the corporate staff as a Regional Manager of Scotland & Ireland in 1989.

Sandra’s focus has been concentrated on sponsoring which has supported the success of PartyLite UK & Ireland in growing sales for the past 4 years.

She is an active member of the Council of the Direct Sales Association in the U.K.

Sandra was educated at Shawlands Academy in her native Glasgow leaving with various GCE’s to concentrate on her international athletics career. This culminated in winning 3 British Gold Medals and achieving the accolade of becoming the youngest athlete to win the Scottish pentathlon, a discipline which has supported her successful “people orientated” business skills.
