My career began in the Title and Escrow business in 1990. Having worked on both the title and escrow side of the business, I am very familiar with all facets of the escrow closing process. When working on the title side of the business I developed strong analytical and problem solving skills. When researching properties I always kept in mind that the end goal was to provide title work that was both accurate and timely. My transition into escrow was natural due to my title background, each client benefits from my wealth of knowledge and my tenacity and attention to detail. I found that my experience in title has given me the ability to explain in detail the title commitment in its entirety to each and every client. My newfound escrow clients were appreciative of my title background as well as my analytical and problem solving abilities. Those skills are what give my clients an added advantage in every transaction. My area of expertise is broad although I specialize in the residential resale and refinance business. I am a native Tucsonan and enjoy the outdoors. When not at work I can be found poolside enjoying the company of my many family and friends.
