RATES AND CONDITIONS

The Sandhi Package is based on 50 in-house guests, including the Wedding Couple.

Surcharge applies for each additional guest above the number of persons included in the

package. Child rates based on age groups (1-4 and 5-12). Children age 13+ are

considered adults and infants under 1 are complimentary. Package pricing listed below is

inclusive of mandatory government tax/hotel service. There are some upgrade locations

for each property: Princess Hotels & Resorts in Dominican Republic & Princess Hotels &

Resorts in Mexico; please ask your weddings Specialist about it.

TERMS & CONDITIONS– IN GENERAL

TO CONFIRM A WEDDING DATE/TIME • A non-refundable deposit of USD 500 is required to secure a wedding date within the

next 12 months. • To secure a wedding date beyond 12 months, a non-refundable deposit of USD 800 will

be required.

• This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the package and again, is non-

refundable.

PACKAGES & PRICING • Package inclusions have no cash value, there are no refunds for unused

elements/events and items are not interchangeable for other inclusions or a-la-carte

items/amenities/services, unless specified.

• Package pricing and inclusions are non-negotiable and discounts/concessions will not

be granted. The same applies for any wedding related items, upgrades & services.

• Each wedding package is based on a pre-set number of in-house guests, including the

Wedding Couple.

• A surcharge applies for each additional guest, above the number of persons included

in the package that will be attending your wedding.

• All package pricing is inclusive of tax & service and quoted/payable in USD. Additional

items/services added to the package, as well as a-la-carte weddings, are subject to

tax & service.

• Centerpieces are not included for any of the events; please consult with Weddings

Specialist for prices and designs. CEREMONIES

• A symbolic ceremony is included in all of our wedding packages and it is not legally

binding.

• Priest is not included.

• Civil & Religious wedding ceremonies can be arranged at an additional fee.

• Legal/Civil and Catholic ceremonies cannot be performed on Sundays or major

holidays. EVENT LOCATIONS • Each wedding package includes private locations and all locations are subject to

availability, maximum occupancy and certain restrictions may apply.

• Outdoor locations require lighting and lighting is not included in all packages. Once

your wedding is confirmed, our Wedding Specialist will gladly work with you to provide

the best available options and pricing.

• Some locations require a dance floor. Once your wedding is confirmed, our Wedding

Specialist can provide pricing.

EVENT TIMING • All events included in your package (ceremony, cocktail, reception) must run

concurrent from one event to the other and punctuality is important.

• For the ceremony, we allot 2 hours and although the ceremony may not last the full

hour, the remaining time can be used for pictures with loved ones. For the cocktail, we

include 1 hour and for the reception in the Sandhi package we include 4 hours, 3 hours

the Sangeet, Mehndi and Pithi are 2 hours event. This timing is exclusive for the Sandhi

package.

All events taking place in a public area must end by 11pm, due to the Resort’s policy with noise restriction. Ask your Mexico’s wedding planner about some timing restriction during turtle season. We do offer select locations that can host events past 11pm, subject to availability and an additional fee (per person/per hour/per location) will apply.

• In the event of rain/inclement weather forecast, back-up locations will be available for every wedding, every event. This will be further discussed upon arrival at the Resort, with the on-site team.

OFF SITE GUESTS AND EVENT PASSES • For the Princess Hotels & Resorts: 80% of the wedding group must stay at the same hotel

where the wedding is taking place. • Please note the 50 total included in the wedding package must stay at the hotel where

the wedding is taking place, as this package is quote for in houses guests. • An additional fee applies for each non-hotel guest that will be attending your wedding

and/or private events. Free and conditions vary, based on the resort.
