1. This Samsung Pay Promotion consists of

a chance to obtain redeemable

vouchers (“Voucher”) free of charge for

customers who wish to take part in and

complete a survey related to Samsung

Pay application (“Application”) usage

(the “Survey’’) which will be sent to

Samsung Pay customers who are

inactive on the usage of their Samsung

Pay registered card, by email.

2. The Vouchers contain certain discounts

(“Discount(s)”) on all Samsung

products (“Products”) of a total value

of One Thousand (1000) Dirhams,

displayed at the Samsung web portal

(https://shop.samsung.com/ae ) “E-

store”.

3. This Promotion is valid from the 4th

February 2019 until 31st March 2019

(the “Promotion Period”).

Redemption conditions

4. Vouchers may only be redeemed for

Products on the E-store that are not

less than One Thousand (1000) Dirhams

in value.

5. Vouchers are only provided

electronically to customers by email.

6. Vouchers may not be redeemed more

than once; or be redeemed for cash;

7. In order to avail the Voucher and

obtain the redemption, customers are

required to purchase Products only

from the E-Store using the Application.

8. Customers may only redeem their

Vouchers any time before 31st March

2019 (“Redemption Date”).

General Conditions

9. Samsung and its partners shall not be

liable for any costs or damages that

may incur as a result of the customers

inability to avail the Promotion or

redeem the Voucher anytime before

the Redemption Date.

10. Samsung shall be entitled at its sole

discretion, to terminate or add or

modify these Terms and Conditions at

any time prior to, or during the

Promotion Period.

11. Samsung shall not be liable to

customers for any loss and/or damages

of any kind suffered in connection with

the purchase, redemption and/or use

of this offer, Voucher or Discount; or

the inability to use it.

12. By participating in this Survey,

customers accept that any dispute of

whatever nature which is directly or

indirectly related to these Terms and

Conditions or to his or her

participation, shall be subject to,

governed and construed by the laws
